Chamber Member Success!
"On Wednesday, a group of Hunters Sharing the Harvest (HSH) volunteers, partners and supporters joined others from around the Commonwealth during Public Officials Day at the Pennsylvania Farm Show to celebrate Pennsylvania's agricultural community and our shared mission of feeding Pennsylvanians. We're thankful for support we receive from the USDA (represented by Secretary Tom Vilsack), the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture (represented by Secretary Russell Redding), members of the Pennsylvania legislature, local and elected officials who recognize the value of hunters helping their neighbors. During his address Governor Shapiro said he's "competitive as hell" and wants to see Pennsylvania first in all things. HSH executive director Randy Ferguson was later able to tell the Governor that Pennsylvania was #1 in venison donation in the U.S. last year and that he should be proud of Pennsylvania hunters - to which he agreed wholeheartedly."
