Chamber Awards 2014

We have so many great businesses in our community who make up the Greenville Area Chamber of Commerce, each one special and important in their own way. Each year as we prepare for our annual gathering, the Chamber Dinner, we are excited to recognize some of the outstanding work that is being done. As you all know, the strength of a chamber is in it's members and so we are honored to recognize the following recipients of the 2014 Chamber Awards:

Business of the Year 2014

Carried Away Recreation

Even though they are a seasonal business, Carried Away Recreation has grown significantly since they opened several years ago. This business has allowed the community to see a whole other side of our great community. They also continue to serve our area through dedicated participation on the Marketing Committee as well as representing Northern Mercer County on our Tourism Bureau.

His Work His Way

This continues to be an amazing effort within the community and even continues to draw outside help during their week of service projects in town. It is outstanding to see what they are able to accomplish and the lives that have been impacted as a result. We hope that this ministry continues to grow in the years to come.
