Presented by Daniel Telep, managing principal of Crossroads Development Group. Dan Telep has 32 years of marketing experience and is particularly skilled at assisting companies in analyzing their business situations and helping them build customer loyalty and competitive advantage. Dan is a pioneer in measuring customer loyalty. He founded and owned a market research company for 10 years and is considered an expert at marketing facilitation, research design, and analysis and strategy development.
Dan is the founder of four businesses with Crossroads Development Group as the culmination. Crossroads is a collaborative team that guides clients through the Navigational Marketing™ process. Dan developed this process to assess a business’ current situation and help define a focused and predictable course for growth.
Dan earned his MBA from Wayne State University and has held key positions with Rubbermaid and Stanley Works. Among others, his clients include Chromalox, Bayer Corp., Mellon Ventures, Cisco Systems, Zippo Manufacturing Co., Case Cutlery Co., and Davco Divisions of Penske Corp.
