Non-Profit of the Year: Keystone Adolescent Center
Keystone Adolescent Center and Keystone Charter School represent the heart of the community impact, family-driven leadership, and a dedication to helping young people thrive. Rooted in Greenville, the Keystone group of programs has long demonstrated an unwavering commitment to serving youth and families across our region with compassion, structure, and opportunity. This year marks a significant milestone for the organization as they celebrate over 30 years of service since their founding in 1993

Business Person of the Year: Jeff Blair
Jeff served as the CEO/President of Greenville Savings Bank until his retirement this year. With over 36 years of service, Jeff has been a big supporter of community activities. He has donated time and money to many events in the surrounding areas. Jeff is well respected and known to be a man of integrity.

Business of the Year: Jamestown Coating Technologies
Jamestown Coating Technologies is a shining example of what it means to be a locally owned, community-minded business with a long-standing legacy of innovation and excellence. Founded in 1885 as Jamestown Paint & Varnish, this sixth-generation, family-owned company has been a cornerstone of our region’s manufacturing strength and community pride for 140years. Through dedication, adaptability, and integrity, JCT continues to embody the values that define the spirit of Greenville area.

Boomtown Eagle Award: Tailgating for Tots
Tailgating for Tots is an inspiring example of community generosity and collaboration in Greenville. Now entering its third year, this group of local families has built a growing holiday tradition centered around collecting toys and financial contributions for the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots program. What began as a simple act of kindness among longtime friends has evolved into a large-scale community event that brings together residents, families, and businesses to make the holiday season brighter for local children.

Have a mission aligned with enhancing the overall quality of life in the community
Provide exemplary services and/or programs that meet critical community needs
Demonstrate a strong commitment to those it serves and to the broader Greenville community
To be eligible, the nominee must be a current member of the Greenville Area Chamber of Commerce and must not have previously received this award within the last five years.
This award celebrates the vital role of nonprofits in building a stronger, more connected, and more compassionate Greenville.
The Business of the Year Award recognizes a distinguished Greenville Area Chamber of Commerce member business that exemplifies excellence in business practices while making a significant impact on the community.
This award is presented to a business that demonstrates:
Staying Power – A proven track record of sustained growth, performance, and presence in the Greenville area
Innovation – A commitment to forward-thinking strategies, creative problem-solving, and adapting to changing markets or community needs
Community Commitment – Active involvement in and support of community initiatives, volunteerism, and partnerships that contribute to the overall well-being of Greenville
