Include your special MAIN OFFER to help increase audience and sales (to be included in our printed marketing and advertising of the event if submitted by 8/30/24).
Guidelines
Vendors: Must furnish their own display equipment, tents, tables, chairs and money for making change. Demonstrations and activities are encouraged.
Space: Each space is 12' x 12'. Length and width of your display is not to exceed the designated boundaries of your booth space. Please contact the chamber for additional space and pricing.
Deadline: All applications must be turned in by September 8.
Location: You will be notified of your location 1 week prior to the event.
Applications: Direct sales vendors may be limited to 1 vendor per company. Acceptance of exhibitors, materials and products is at the sole discretion of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce.
Set Up: Saturday morning 9 - 10 am. Please do not drive in the foot traffic area. You will be permitted to park near your space while unloading/loading only. Vehicles MUST be moved to parking lots by 10 am. Do not arrive before 8:30 am.
Raffles: Raffle tickets can be sold inside your booth only. Individuals from your booth are not permitted to roam the area to pass out information or items.
Housekeeping: Please keep your booth area neat and clean. You MUST take your trash with you. We are not equipped to dispose of large amounts of vendor trash, especially cardboard boxes. Please plan ahead.
Hours: The event officially opens at 11 am and ends at 2:30 pm. Do not pack up your booth before 2:30 pm. Cars will not be permitted in the area until after 2:30 pm.
Refunds: No refunds due to weather-related issues.
Insurance: You must arrange and pay for your own insurance. Greenville Chamber of Commerce and/or the Town of Greenville shall not be responsible for any damage, theft, or injury to vendors' person or property.
Marketing
Vendors have the option of receiving a FREE poster to use at your place of business to help promote the event throughout the community and encourage your customers to stop in and visit your display on Main Street.

Gold - $1,000 - premium exhibitor oversized space; included in all event advertising; logo recognition on Chamber website event page, social media, and welcome banner; premium placement on chamber website vendor page with a banner ad; radio interview with Pulse Online Radio at event
Silver - $500 - prime exhibitor 12’ x 12’ space; included in all event advertising; name recognition on chamber website event page; social media and welcome banner, sign at stage area; premium placement on chamber website vendor page with a 2x2 ad; radio interview with Pulse Online Radio at event
Bronze - $250 - prime exhibitor 12’ x 12’ space; included in all event advertising; name recognition on Chamber website event page, social media, and welcome banner; premium placement on chamber website vendor page with a 2x2 ad; radio interview with Pulse Online Radio at event
Yard Sign - $100 a company-sponsored sign placed in a flower box on Main Street during the event
