You are invited to participate in the Chamber's outdoor Expo on Main Street. The street in Greenville will be closed to through traffic allowing visitors to safely traverse the area visiting merchants located on Main Street in addition to those setting up displays. The event is an opportunity for artisans to sell their crafts, for businesses to network and publicize products and services, and for charities and nonprofit organizations to aid their fund raising efforts.

Meet Me On Main
Guidelines & General Information
Vendors: Must furnish their own display equipment, tents, tables, chairs and money for making change. Demonstrations and activities are encouraged.
Space: Each space is 12' x 12'. Length and width of your display is not to exceed the designated boundaries of your booth space. Please contact the chamber for additional space and pricing.
Deadline: All applications must be turned in by May 29th, 2026.
Location: You will be notified of your location 1 week prior to the event.
Applications: Direct sales vendors may be limited to 1 vendor per company. Acceptance of exhibitors, materials and products is at the sole discretion of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce.
Set Up: Saturday morning 8 - 10:30 am. REPORT TO VENDOR CHECK IN PRIOR TO SET UP. Please do not drive in the foot traffic area. You will be permitted to park near your space while unloading/loading only. Vehicles MUST be moved to parking lots by 10:30 am. Do not arrive before 8:00 am.
Raffles: Raffle tickets can be sold inside your booth only. Individuals from your booth are not permitted to roam the area to pass out information or items.
Housekeeping: Please keep your booth area neat and clean. You MUST take your trash with you. We are not equipped to dispose of large amounts of vendor trash, especially cardboard boxes. Please plan ahead.
Hours: The event officially opens at 11 am and ends at 2:30 pm. Do not pack up your booth before 2:30 pm. Cars will not be permitted in the area until after 2:30 pm.
Refunds: No refunds due to weather-related issues. Event goes on Rain or Shine.
Insurance: You must arrange and pay for your own insurance. Greenville Chamber of Commerce and/or the Town of Greenville shall not be responsible for any damage, theft, or injury to vendors' person or property.
Marketing
We encourage our vendors to announce that they will be at the Meet Me on Main event on social media. You can share the facebook event with your audience.

Yard Sign - $100 a company-sponsored sign placed in a flower box on Main Street during the event
