As we wrap up our monthly member spotlight on the Baughman Family Community Center, we want to reiterate all the great services they provide to our community.

From Open Gym to Youth Activities to Childcare, the Baughman Center has a little bit of something for everyone. Their mission is to strengthen our communities by creating lifelong wellness, recreational, and educational, and social opportunities in an inclusive environment for all ages.

FALL FLAVOR FEST

SEEKING CILI COOK-OFF CONTESTANTS

Turn up the heat at the first-ever Fall Flavor Fest Chili Cook-Off! This exciting new competition will take place during Fall Flavor Fest on Saturday, October 17, from 3:00–7:00 PM on Main Street in downtown Greenville.

Whether you're a seasoned chili champion or have a family recipe you've been perfecting for years, this is your chance to put your culinary skills to the test! The competition is open to community members, local businesses, organizations, and restaurants, making it a fun and friendly event for everyone.

Throughout the festival, attendees will sample the competing chili recipes and cast their vote for their favorite using a convenient QR code voting system. At the end of the event, the chili with the most community votes will be crowned the Fall Flavor Fest Chili Cook-Off Champion.

The Chili Cook-Off is a great opportunity to showcase your cooking talents, promote your business or organization, engage with the community, and compete for bragging rights as Greenville's best chili maker.

Gather your team, fire up your favorite recipe, and join us for an afternoon of delicious competition, community spirit, and fall fun at Fall Flavor Fest!

AROUND TOWN WITH TAMMY

July's edition of Around Town with Tammy saw her traveling from Greenville to Hermitage to New Castle back to Greenville.

Member visits included: Mercer County Food Bank, AWARE, Shell Roofing and Exteriors, Heritage Days Festival, and Representative Wentling's Health Fair and Senior Expo.
